[Start the year with a fresh start] Gentle Breathing Time ~Mutsuki~ <January 5th (Mon) - 9th (Fri) 9:30pm - 10:00pm>

~Time to reset your day by adjusting your breathing and body~

At night, after finishing work or housework, do you unknowingly carry over the tension and thoughts that have built up into your mind into your sleep?

In this class, we practice breathing meditation, combining simple exercises with gentle breathing techniques. This class will help you release unnecessary tension and reset your mind, body, and soul. Breathing will become deeper and calmer. Breathing is energy, and in this 30-minute class, you will feel your true self naturally emerge from the silence.

◎ To achieve optimal condition performance rather than efficiency, the quickest way is to reset and get in shape at night rather than pushing yourself too hard.

◎ Start the next morning feeling refreshed. When you get better quality sleep, your concentration and judgment will be clearer the next morning. Your mind will also work faster, and your day will start in a whole new way.

◎ Time to get in shape together Three guides will guide you in a relay format. It is easier to tackle and continue than working alone.

◎ Choose how many days you want to participate You can participate for just one day or a few days. By participating for all five days, you will become accustomed to meditation and it will be easier to make resetting at night a habit.

◎ Participation with your screen off is OK. It's okay to turn off your camera. Please feel free to participate in a relaxed atmosphere. "If I get sleepy... I might fall asleep?" Even in such cases, you can rest assured and rest as you are.

<Recommended for the following people> ・People who want to maximize their own performance ・People who want to further enhance their daily sense of fulfillment ・People who want to sharpen their senses ・People who want to start the next day with a clear head and heart ・People who want to improve their mind and body in the midst of busy days ・People who feel tired despite deep sleep

Your body and mind can only perform at their best when they are relaxed. Why not join us for 30 minutes in the evening to return yourself to "zero"?

<Guide>

Jin Saori: "I'm looking forward to experiencing the light-hearted "Zero" version of myself with everyone."

Born in a temple, she grew up in an environment where Buddhism was a part of daily life. She asked herself what she should do about her unstable self, but she struggled to change, and in 2009, she discovered breathing and bodywork. She realized that breathing can change the mind and body, and that she could embody Buddhism in her daily life.

Also, after feeling unwell after giving birth, I realized the importance of stopping and checking in with myself.

We are currently holding a class called "Breathing at the Temple" where you can experience Buddhism and regain your sense of self.

Hiromi Sukegawa "I would be happy to share the time when you can think, 'This is the way I am.'" Clairvoyant healer/respiratory care therapist who helps you find your true self through breathing and spirituality.

As a body therapist, I have come to realize that emotions and lifestyles are reflected in the body while interacting with people's bodies.

In 2015, she discovered "breathing and bodywork." After that, even as she struggled with pregnancy, childbirth, and illness, she deeply felt that breathing is the "power to rebuild yourself."

Currently, she combines her over 10 years of experience as a clairvoyant healer with the wisdom of breathing and energy to help people who have worked too hard return to their true selves.
