hello. I'm Mami Matsunaga, a breathing and manipulative coach.


It may sound exaggerated, but breathing can change your life.


Breathing, body and mind are closely related. When you breathe easier, your body feels better.


This will give you a mental margin.


You can breathe comfortably. How much benefit does that alone have?


Why don't you look at the breathing that continues from birth to death about 30,000 times a day?


Breathe and Remember is a holistic study group organized by Mami Matsunaga. We will realize "living in a comfortable state both physically and mentally" and "living in your own way" through breathing and physical adjustment.
