Starting in January 2026: Two classes to tune your breathing and body

This is a one-year class that quietly develops the foundation of the mind and body by honing daily movements and breathing. It is not about skill in poses or flashy changes, but rather a training space for "living in harmony with yourself and your body." There are two classes: one that focuses on "form" and one that focuses on "being."

There will be online sessions where you can enter and exit at your own pace.

Class Content

[1. Mobility Development Class] This class aims to improve the quality of everyday movement and develop a body that can move effortlessly and flexibly. The first 45-60 minutes are group practice, followed by free practice (you can enter and leave as you like).

・Improve your posture. Not only will your appearance improve, but your "body momentum" will also improve, leading to better circulation in your mind and body. ・Improve the quality of all physical activities, from your everyday movements to the way you touch others through massage and treatment, sports, dancing, playing musical instruments, cooking, and more. ・Aim to improve chronic ailments. Stiff shoulders, back pain, headaches, PMS, menopausal symptoms, anxiety, and restlessness are often influenced by poor body habits. Learning to use your body well will change the source of your ailments.
