SHOSA — Breath, Body, Rhythm
The way you move shapes who you are.
Have you ever been aware of how you move, how you carry your body?
Standing, walking, sitting.
Every single movement quietly and deeply
influences your mind, your body, and your life.
SHOSA is not a place to learn proper form.
As you repeat simple, deliberate movements,
your body begins to remember the primal rhythm of life.
When the way you move changes, your actions change.
When your actions change, your life changes.
Not to be taught. To remember.
Every breath, life renews itself.
Live that vitality.
About the Class
Stand. Sit. Simply repeat.
No special techniques. No breathwork required.
As you repeat the most fundamental movements,
three things naturally come into alignment.
The mind becomes quietly clear.
Emotions arise naturally from within.
A vivid sense of self takes root at the center of the body.
Not through thought, not through emotion, not through the body alone —
there are moments when all three become one.
This class is for you if…
・You have been curious about the way you move or carry yourself
・Your mind is always busy, and your body's sense has grown faint
・Your emotions feel blocked, or you feel overwhelmed by them
・You want to sharpen your sense of self and find your center
・You want to change your life through the way you move every day
