Let's create this space together. Facilitator Mami Matsunaga Certified Breathing and Bodywork Instructor
Organizer of "Breathing DOJO," which aims to know oneself through breath, body movement, and behavior. In order to overcome HIV, which he was infected with at the age of 19, he learned and practiced various natural therapies and dietary methods. After encountering "breathing and bodywork," he realized that the key to overcoming illness is daily breathing and harmony of mind and body. He is exploring what it means to live and what it means to be a person, and is searching every day to see people living their lives as they are.
Navigator: Michiko Baker Lightning Soul Creator
Although she built a career as an interior designer and architect, an illness caused her to become aware of her suppressed emotions and the distorted way she lived her life, and she remembered and accepted the fact that she was a being prior to being human. After that, through a series of various encounters, she experienced a home birth, despite being her first child at an advanced age. It was an experience that gave her great trust in the workings of life. At the same time, she remembered a multidimensional sensation, and now offers sessions for individuals, groups, and parents and children, where brand new energy wells up from moment to moment and continues to exist as it is. In addition to sessions, she is currently engaged in activities such as supporting people with developmental disabilities and holding art seminars for elementary school students.
Food: Tomomi After helping to launch several cafes in Osaka and running an Ayurvedic and vegetarian cafe, she now works in Toyooka, Hyogo Prefecture and Osaka, providing catering, workshops, agricultural product production, event planning, healing sessions, and more. From her own experience, she has realized that food is "connection" itself. She creates a space where people can share the joy of resonance, valuing the freedom to choose what suits them, rather than being constrained.
He plans to open a new restaurant in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture in the summer of 2025. He is aiming to live in multiple locations in order to realize his dream of opening a Karma Kitchen (Pay It Forward Restaurant).
