Learning to breathe is knowing yourself. When we reacquaint ourselves with our breath, we realize that we already have a sophisticated compass.

What do you eat, how much do you eat, and what kind of posture do you have? From such small things to things like where you live, who you live with, and how you work, what suits you will be revealed.

Everyday life is a series of choices. I am who I am now because of the choices I have made up until now. Every choice you make from now on will create your future self.

The first thing you will be able to do after learning to breathe is ``use your own compass to make choices that are right for you.''

Choices that are suitable for you are natural for you. It's completely natural. You can be your natural self in the truest sense of the word.

Also, using your own internal compass will make your days more colorful.

For example, when walking down the street relying on the map on your smartphone. I'm so focused on the screen to make sure I don't take the wrong route that I barely notice the scenery. I almost hit someone, and I didn't even realize there was a car right behind me. I think there are many people who have had such an experience.

But if you walk using your own compass, you don't need a map.

If you don't look at the map, you can walk with your head held high.

You can walk while looking at the scenery, feeling the smells, sounds, feel of the wind, temperature, and humidity of the place instead of looking at your smartphone screen.

If you look up, your field of view will be wider. You will become aware of various encounters, and you will be able to fully enjoy what comes from encounters with others.

Learn to breathe. Use your own internal compass.

You can enjoy the colorful world just as you are.

Just as your cheeks naturally relax when you come into contact with a baby, the atmosphere of you enjoying life in a natural way will spread to those around you.

Practice and learn meditation to understand yourself through learning breathing. This is an online class.

●Class scheduleThis is a 6-month class held every other week for a total of 12 times x 2.5 hours

1) Monday night class (20:00-22:30)

2) Wednesday morning class (9:30-12:00)

3) Saturday morning class (9:30-12:00)

*You will decide which class you will take as your main class from classes 1 to 3, but you are free to participate in other classes as well.

For example, take Monday classes as your main class, and take Wednesday and Saturday classes for review and confirmation.
